Christian Harvest International raises funds on-line. This Refund Policy applies to anyone who makes an on-line product sales purchase at christianharvestintl.org. As your purchase is being made online without our assistance or involvement we ask that you complete your details and the amount of your purchase carefully as it involves a substantial amount of administrative time to deal with and rectify any errors. In summary:

  • Refund is eligible for a damaged item that you may have purchased from christian harvest. If you are unsatisfied with the product then please contact our office at chi@christianharvestintl.org, by phone at 719-243-3302 or by mail at 11605 Meridian Market View, Suite 124, PMB 158, Falcon CO 80831 within 5 days.
  • All credit card transactions will be processed in American dollars.

Errors in Purchase

Should an error be made in the purchase, the individual has 5 days in which to notify Christian Harvest International. All requests for refunds must be made in writing by email to chi@christianharvestintl.org. The request should have the details of the initial purchase including the date, amount, name of the donor, and the nature of the error. Any purchase receipt issued for the incorrect amount immediately becomes void and invalid, and a new purchase receipt will be issued for the amount of the corrected purchase.

Change of Heart on Purchase

We ask that you make your choice to purchase thoughtfully. Christian Harvest International is under no obligation to give a refund, but will ensure that any genuine errors are rectified.

Errors by Us

Should an error be made by Christian Harvest International, full refunds will be made immediately upon notification of the error and all costs borne Christian Harvest International.
